Turn interview evidence into a focused plan

Connect today’s interview, candidate evidence, and role requirements to a source-grounded agenda you review.

Updated

Before you start

What you need
Today's interview in your calendar, the candidate material your team keeps, and the role description.
Connector (MCP)
Recommended. It reads the calendar entry, the candidate documents and the role description, so you do not paste them before every interview.
Without a connector
Paste the invitation, the candidate material and the role description yourself. A single run gives the same plan, but the daily schedule is only available with a connection.

A connector, often called MCP, lets an assistant read your tools directly instead of you pasting. Set it up once, then it reads those tools on its own. How that is done differs per assistant, so check its own documentation.

How to try it

  1. Download the skill and unzip it. Inside are the instruction, the agenda template, and a page on loading it.
  2. If your assistant reads skills, copy the interview-prep folder into the place it reads them from. If it does not, use Copy as text instead. Either way it starts by asking you questions.
  3. Run it on an interview you have already prepared by hand, and compare its agenda with yours.
  4. Check that every line traces to something in the evidence, and that thin evidence comes back flagged rather than filled in.
  5. Only then authorise the daily run it offers, which prepares a separate plan for every interview that day. You still decide what to ask.
