Shape onboarding to the person you hired
The interviews already gave you an uneven picture of this person - strong in some areas, thinner in others. That same picture corrects the standard onboarding plan into a plan built for this person, with anything contradictory flagged for you to verify before it goes live.
Updated
Before you start
- What you need
- The hire's interview notes, the role profile, and your team's competency map.
- Connector (MCP)
- Not required
- Without a connector
- Paste the three documents into the chat. This runs once per hire, so there is little to save by connecting anything.
How to try it
- Download the skill and unzip it. Inside are the instruction, the plan template, and a page on loading it.
- If your assistant reads skills, copy the onboarding-plan folder into the place it reads them from. If it does not, use Copy as text instead: that is the same instruction with the template already inlined.
- Compare the plan it returns with the one you actually used, week by week.
- Check that thin or contradictory notes come back marked [verify: manager] rather than resolved, and that the ramp moved where the interviews said it should.
- Use it on your next hire. Nothing is provisioned and nothing is sent.
